At Sylvart, everything starts with the Portrait Session.

Every portrait session is unique and custom made just for you. We custom design every set, every background, and every portrait to highlight you - based on your outfits, personality, and the things you like. No two sessions at Sylvart Studios are ever the same. They can't be! We are not a "cookie cutter" portrait studio. We take the time to make sure your portraits are unique - just like you!

We are blessed to work in an amazing space - our fully renovated historic building makes us a 4-story studio with options, backgrounds and venues that no one else has. We can make portraits you cannot get anywhere else! Other photographers wish they had a studio space like ours.

The Studio

Gorgeous studio portraits are such an important part of your Senior Session - but so many photographers are not “real” studios anymore that some people think you don’t need them. Nothing could be further from the truth!

You deserve an Experience that includes incredible in-studio portraits! Portraits made by photographers who are experts in lighting and posing and the craft of REAL photography!

The Loft

The Loft is our premier natural light space - with a 20 foot bank of North Light windows and 15 ft ceilings it is incredible for all kinds of portraits. It is one of our favorite spaces and from high above West Tusc. you have the best view in town!

The Warehouse

The Warehouse is an unfinished and rugged space in our amazing historic building. Incredible texture and a mix of studio and natural light options gives you an incredible look you cannot get anywhere else!

Out & About

An Out & About session takes you all around our historic building (Alexander Commons) and into the beautiful Barberton Arts & Entertainment district. With amazing brickwork, awesome alleyways and beautiful architecture - not to mention that Barberton has a lake in the middle of downtown - our Out & About is like no one else's!

The Commons

Sylvart Studios is proud to be in the historic Alexander Commons building - the oldest commercial space in Barberton (over 150 years old). With amazing brickwork, adorable storefronts and a variety of staircases, the commons building itself is one of our favorite locations!

On-Location

Of course, we can come to your location as well. Nothing is more personal and timeless than portraits in locations special to you! From family farms and stables to bridges, beaches and skyscrapers, there is nowhere that we won't go to make your portrait session an incredible #SylvartExperience!
